About Lotto Decade Groups

This informs you how many numbers have been drawn from which Decade group.
Decade groups are: [01-09], [10-19], [20-29], etc...
Example
Taking the Winning Lotto Numbers for draw 1 :: 03–12–21–29–38–48 (S.A Lotto)
The Decade grouping will be as follow without the Bonus Ball:
[01-09] :: 1
[10-19] :: 1
[20-29] :: 2
[30-39] :: 1
[40-49] :: 1
Objective
